By creating a FABRIK account, accessing the platform, or running a node, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
FABRIK provides a blockchain-based cloud platform for deploying and serving TypeScript applications, a digital token (BRIK), a self-custody wallet, and associated tooling. All on-chain state is immutable and public (with user records encrypted as described in the Privacy Policy).
BRIK is a utility token used to pay for hosting, transactions, and on-chain storage. The total supply is fixed at 1 trillion (1,000,000,000,000) BRIK, pre-mined at genesis. BRIK has no inherent monetary value and is not a security. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your use of BRIK.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials, private keys, and passwords. FABRIK cannot recover lost private keys or passwords. Loss of credentials may result in permanent loss of access to your account and BRIK balance. Use of the platform involves risk of loss.
You agree not to use FABRIK for illegal activities, to deploy malicious applications, to attempt to disrupt the network, or to infringe the rights of others. FABRIK reserves the right to restrict access to the web interface for violations, though on-chain state remains immutable.
Running a node is voluntary. Nodes may earn hosting revenue and early-bird bonuses. The first 200,000 registered nodes receive a 1,500 BRIK bonus from the treasury, payable once per address.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FABRIK does not guarantee uptime, security, or the value of BRIK.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FABRIK and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
